Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily data entry of sales, purchases, and expenses
  • Prepare and maintain sales & purchase records
  • Create and manage invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups
  • Update and reconcile ledger entries and bank statements
  • Generate reports and summaries for management review
  • Maintain Tally entries and ensure books are up-to-date
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (if applicable)
  • Manage Excel sheets and Word documents for internal reporting

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 1–3 years of accounting or data entry experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
