Job Title: Accountant

Company: Rafmoh Gold LLC
Location: Dubai, UAE

The Accountant – Rafmoh Gold LLC will be responsible for handling all accounting activities related to the company’s bullion and retail gold operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling daily sales and inventory, ensuring VAT compliance, and supporting management with timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in bullion or jewelry accounting and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:1. Daily Accounting & Reporting

  • Record daily sales, purchases, and expense transactions in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile cash, card, and bank transactions with POS/ERP records.
  • Manage daily cash flow, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries.

2. Bullion & Inventory Management

  • Monitor and reconcile daily gold, silver, and other bullion stock movements.
  • Track purchases, sales returns, and transfers between branches or divisions.
  • Support physical stock audits and verify stock purity, quantity, and weight records.
  • Maintain valuation consistency as per market rates and internal pricing standards.

3. Financial Compliance & VAT

  • Ensure timely VAT calculations, return preparation, and submission.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE accounting and FTA (Federal Tax Authority) guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing documents and schedules for external and internal audits.
  • Support management in financial planning and control procedures.

4. Customer & Vendor Management

  • Handle customer advance payments, settlements, and refunds.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Maintain proper documentation for bullion purchases and vendor invoices.

5. Coordination & Administration

  • Work closely with the store manager and finance team to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Provide periodic reports to management and respond to audit requirements.
  • Ensure all records are maintained with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in bullion, jewelry,
  • Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting compliance.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and integrity.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Work Conditions:

  • Working Hours: As per retail showroom schedule
  • Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
