We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires proficiency in accounting software, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
  • Account Reconciliation:

Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accuracy in financial statements and detect discrepancies.

  • Transaction Processing:

Process and verify invoices, payments, receipts, and other transactions in a timely manner.Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.Participate in the budgeting process and assist with financial forecasting to ensure fiscal responsibility.Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard financial information and assets.Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including adjustments and journal entries.Provide financial analysis and insights as needed to support decision-making across departments.Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required). Certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience:

At least 1years of experience in accounting or finance.

  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
