Accountant
We are currently seeking an Accountant (Temporary – 6 Months) with the following duties and qualifications:
Main Duties:
- Verification & recording of suppliers' invoices
- Reconciliation of accounts between the company & suppliers' records
- Scheduling the payments of invoices as per the credit terms
- Maintaining the A/P accounts updated and ensuring all invoices are recorded on time
- Prepare liquidation and expense reports for monthly credit card spend
- Prepare monthly management invoices for the assigned customers
- Prepare monthly inter-company invoices for the assigned accounts
- Maintaining a healthy business relationship with suppliers
Other Duties:
- Assisting the Finance Team with other accounting-related jobs such as billing process, month-end finalization, and audit
- Other jobs as assigned and directed by the Seniors/Supervisors
- Coordinating with other departments when required
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2 years experience in accounting & UAE VAT
- With Bachelor's Degree
- Working knowledge in Zoho Books is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel
- Has good written and oral English communication skills
- Experience in management services is an advantage
- Team player
- With a pleasing personality and positive attitude
Contract Duration: Temporary role for 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
