We are now seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to manage our financial operations, tour-based accounting, and vendor settlements with accuracy and responsibility.

Role Overview

The Accountant will handle daily bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, tour-wise expense management, vendor payments, P&L reporting, and financial documentation. You will work closely with the Admin, Sales, and Operations departments to ensure smooth financial functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily bookkeeping in Tally and Google Sheets.
  • Record all invoices, receipts, payments, and reimbursements accurately.
  • Prepare daily payment reports and coordinate with Sales for rider payment updates.
  • Verify, record, and reconcile tour expenses submitted by Road Captains, Mechanics, and Vendor teams.
  • Reconcile accounts of hotels, transport, bike rentals, spares, fuel vendors, etc.
  • Prepare weekly payment sheet & accounts overview for management.
  • Prepare Tour-wise P&L (Profit & Loss) once each tour is completed.
  • Generate Monthly P&L and expense reports (operations, salaries, vendors, fuel, spares, etc.)
  • Verify and maintain balances for Manager, Mechanic, Camper, SUV & Vendor accounts.
  • Analyse monthly expense patterns and highlight cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure all financial records, bills, and entries are accurate and audit-ready.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Accountant preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience in reconciliation, vendor accounts, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality, and responsibility.
  • Experience in tour, travel, hospitality, or operations accounting is an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
