Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books.
- Prepare sales invoices (Domestic & Export).
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile vendor/customer ledgers.
- Handle bank reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and cash flow tracking.
Export Documentation
- Prepare export invoices, packing lists, LUT/Bond documentation, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and courier companies.
- Maintain records for MEIS/RODTEP/MAI claims (if applicable).
- Handle export purchase orders, proforma invoices, and shipment records.
Compliance & Taxation
- File GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).
- Manage TDS, PT, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors during yearly audits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
