Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books.
  • Prepare sales invoices (Domestic & Export).
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile vendor/customer ledgers.
  • Handle bank reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and cash flow tracking.

Export Documentation

  • Prepare export invoices, packing lists, LUT/Bond documentation, and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and courier companies.
  • Maintain records for MEIS/RODTEP/MAI claims (if applicable).
  • Handle export purchase orders, proforma invoices, and shipment records.

Compliance & Taxation

  • File GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).
  • Manage TDS, PT, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with auditors during yearly audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
