Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of our company. The candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative support to the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing daily accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses, petty cash).
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Update and reconcile customer and supplier ledgers.
  • Support in preparing payment vouchers and receiving vouchers.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
  • Coordinate with other departments for collecting necessary documents.
  • Help in preparing monthly reports as instructed by the senior accountant.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience can apply.
  • Able to join immediately (preferred).
