Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including entries, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss reports.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, reconcile bank statements, and monitor cash flow.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Prepare VAT filings, maintain tax records, and ensure compliance with Omani financial regulations.
- Assist in preparing yearly budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support management with financial data and reports when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience (GCC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Oman VAT and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail..
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentially
