Accountant

RESPONSIBLE FOR

Responsible for helps businesses make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances. They are responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• To achieve the vision statement of the company by doing all that is needed to meet the vision
• perform data analysis and advise senior managers on profit-maximizing ideas
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
• Reporting to Finance Manager and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments and reconciliations
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements entries
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Prepare invoices, statement of account, and all other required by management.
• Follow up for payment and prepare receipt as needed.
• Help and participate in yearly financial audit.
• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Submit reports for the activities to the Management

Education:

• Bachelor's in accounting.

Experience:

• At least 5 - 10 years on accounting of construction field who can join immediately
• Experience in ERP software
