Accountant (Project and Contract accounting background)

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day project accounting and monitoring tasks, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, support the preparation, upload and monitoring of project budgets and developing routine progress billing and customer invoicing. The role holder will work closely with the Finance Team and is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies.

What we’re looking for:

1. Have strong knowledge of construction/fit-out cost structures,

2. Strong analytical skills

3. Ability to work closely with projects, Finance and Procurement teams

4. Arabic-speaking nationals are preferred

Experience:

• Accountant in Project and Contract: 3 years (Preferred)
