Reports To: Finance Manager

Salary: 1800 to 3000 based on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced junior accountant to join our team for our garage operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits, and ensuring the economic health of our garage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the garage operations.

Conduct reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment collections.

Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws.

Conduct cost analysis and efficiency evaluations to optimize financial performance.

Liaise with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve financial controls.

Handle any other financial tasks as required by the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive or garage industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in the UAE.

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English is required.
