Accountant

Position: ACCOUNTANT

Location: UAE, Sheikh Sayed Road

Experience: 2–3 years (Real Estate industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial records
• Handle VAT filing, returns, and compliance
• Manage AML (Anti-Money Laundering) reporting and related documentation
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
• Coordinate with management, auditors, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Monthly P& L & Balance sheet

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of accounting experience (real estate sector is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of VAT and AML filing
• Familiar with UAE accounting practices
• Proficient in accounting software
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
