Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and overseeing the agency’s financial operations, including budgeting, payments, reporting, and compliance. The role supports influencer campaigns by ensuring accurate financial records, timely disbursements, regulatory adherence, and insightful financial analysis to drive profitability and informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger for GC Company’s operations.

· Develop and monitor budgets for influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency profitability.

· Process and verify payments to influencers, content creators, and vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and timely disbursements.

· Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.

· Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including 1099 reporting for influencers and agency tax obligations.

· Reconcile bank accounts, manage payroll for staff and contractors, and maintain accurate expense tracking.

· Collaborate with Try GC’s campaign managers to allocate costs and provide financial insights for influencer projects.

· Support strategic decision-making by analyzing campaign ROI and forecasting financial performance.

· Maintain organized records of influencer contracts, client invoices, and payment schedules.

· Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to the best financial practices and agency policies.

Job Requirements:

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

Requirements:

· + 3 years of accounting experience.

· Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and tax compliance.

· Familiarity with influences of marketing financial processes, such as performance-based payments, is a plus.

· Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills to liaise with creative teams, clients, and external partners.

* Work Conditions:

8 working hours/day (with 1-hour break)

* One day off per week ( Friday)

* Must own a car + valid driving license
