Accountant

Location: Doha, Qatar

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Support external and internal audits
  • Monitor cash flow and petty cash
  • Coordinate with management on financial matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (GCC experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
