Job Title: Part-Time Accountant (E-commerce / Retail) Company: Kapraymart Location: North Nazimabad, Block G, Karachi (On-site) Job Type: Part-Time (Not Remote)

About Us: Kapraymart is a growing online women’s clothing brand operating on Shopify. We manufacture our own designs and ship nationwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and streamline our financial operations.

The Role: We need someone to take charge of our daily bookkeeping, specifically focusing on bridging the gap between our Shopify sales, courier payments, and manufacturing costs. You will be responsible for ensuring every rupee is accounted for, from fabric purchase to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• COD Reconciliation: Weekly matching of Shopify "Fulfilled" orders against Courier (Trax/MnP/Call Courier) payment sheets to identify lost parcels or missing payments.
• Vendor Management: Maintaining "Khata" (Accounts Payable) ledgers for fabric suppliers, stitching units, and packaging vendors.
• Inventory Costing: Calculating accurate Per-Unit Cost (COGS) by factoring in fabric, labor, and overheads for each collection.
• Expense Tracking: Recording daily operational expenses (marketing spend, packaging, utilities).
• Reporting: Generating a weekly Profit & Loss statement to show the true net profit of the business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a must)or other cloud based online platform.
• Background in Accounting/Finance (B.Com or ACCA part-qualified preferred).
• Familiarity with Shopify or E-commerce business models is a huge plus.
• Ability to work on-site in North Nazimabad block G.

Timings:

• [ btw 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM], Monday to Saturday.
