Job Summary
Amina Restaurant is hiring a skilled Accountant to handle financial operations, ensure GST compliance, and support our vibrant dining business. Proficiency in Tally software for entries and strong GST knowledge are essential. You'll manage core accounting alongside restaurant-specific tasks like cost control for ingredients and daily sales reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Accounting: Record daily transactions in Tally ERP (vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliations), prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports.
• GST Compliance: Manage GSTR filings, input tax credits, e-invoicing, and TDS deductions for vendors/suppliers.
• Restaurant Operations: Track inventory for perishables (食材, beverages), reconcile POS sales data with Tally, and monitor food cost variances.
• Payroll & Expenses: Process staff salaries, tips distribution, and vendor payments; control costs for utilities, maintenance, and promotions.
• Audits & Reporting: Assist with internal/external audits, budget forecasting, and profitability analysis for menu items.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to FSSAI, local taxes, and labor laws.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent; CA Inter/M.Com preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime (entries, GST module, inventory).
• Expert knowledge of GST, TDS, and restaurant-specific tax rules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for sales analytics and reporting.
• 2+ years' experience, ideally in hospitality/F&B.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., BillPoint, Petpooja).
• Knowledge of cost accounting for food businesses.
