Accountant

We are seeking a qualified Accountant with hands on experience in Tally and Zoho Books to manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations, VAT, and financial reporting requirements in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally and Zoho Books
• Record and review sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries
• Perform monthly bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
• Prepare and review VAT reports in compliance with ZATCA
• Ensure proper e invoicing (FATOORA) compliance
• Support Zakat and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) requirements
• Assist during audit by preparing required schedules and documentation
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience in KSA
• Strong practical experience in Tally and Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of ZATCA regulations and VAT compliance
• Experience with e invoicing (FATOORA Phase 1 & 2 preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple entities
• Knowledge of Zakat & Corporate Income Tax filings
• Experience in ERP implementation or system migration is a plus
