Accountant

Job description:

As an Accountant at Iran Zamin Restaurant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely reconciliations, and supporting the overall financial operations of the business.

Job description:

• Preparation of cheques, Bank Reconciliation, Reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
• Posting all the delivery company's commissions with tax and reconciling the account.
• Tracking the payments of the delivery companies' online platforms by crediting to their account and reconciling the account.
• Monitoring the credit card payment entries on a daily basis and reconciling.
• Tracking the fixed assets maintains the register to charge the depreciation and amortization.
• To follow up the payments by knocking off with the Sales credit card, Bank transfers, and cash to prepare the monthly bank reconciliation.
• To manage all the prepaid payments.
• Liaison with the Auditor to verify the periodic sale to compute the rent for the next period.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an accountant or senior accountant role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Peach Tree Accounting Software (1-2 years).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (minimum 3 years of experience).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
