Accountant

Job Summary

Khwaja Bashir Ahmad & Sons (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Factory Accountant to manage factory accounts, stock records, and ERP/accounting software operations. The candidate will ensure accurate financial records, inventory control, and smooth accounting operations within the factory.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain daily accounting records in the accounting software/ERP system.
• Record purchases, sales, expenses, and production-related transactions.
• Maintain supplier and customer ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Reconcile bank accounts and cash balances.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Assist management with financial analysis and reports.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials and finished goods.
• Record stock movement including inward and outward entries.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with store and production departments.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.

Factory Operations Support

• Maintain production and consumption records.
• Verify gate passes, delivery notes, and goods receipt notes.
• Maintain proper documentation for purchases and deliveries.
• Ensure proper filing of factory documents.
• Support audits and inspections.

Software Management

• Operate ERP/accounting software efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Maintain digital records and reports.
• Coordinate with management for system improvements.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA / M.Com preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in accounting.
• Factory or Warehousing experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good record-keeping ability.
• Attention to detail.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work in Jalalpur Pirwala

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
