Maintaining account payable & with Verifying, Allocating, posting, and reconciling Prepaid & Fixed Assets.
· Cash Handling
· Inventory and Stock Control
· Preparing all kind of Petty Cash, General Expense transaction
· Updating financial records via accounting software
· Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
· Assist in Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
· Assist in VAT and Corporate Tax calculations, Registration, Return filing.
· Analysing financial statements.
Expertise in Excel, Word, Odoo, Zoho ERP, QuickBooks, CRM Software’s.
Minimum Experience in UAE: 1-2 Year in UAE/ Car Dealer or rental field
