1. Daily Financial Operations
- Record daily sales, cash collections, credit sales, and POS transactions.
- Reconcile cash, card, and online payments with system reports.
- Maintain petty cash and prepare daily cash flow summaries.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
- Track tire and spare parts inventory levels.
- Record purchase invoices and update stock costs.
- Monitor stock variances, returns, and damaged items.
- Coordinate with storekeeper for monthly stock counts.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Prepare supplier payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
- Follow up on customer outstanding balances.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
4. Bookkeeping & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and monthly closing reports.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly profit & loss statements.
- Analyze sales trends, margins, and expenses.
- Provide management with financial insights for decision-making.
6. Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure VAT compliance (input/output tax).
- Prepare VAT returns and maintain supporting documents.
- Assist auditors with required financial data.
Skills & Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
