1. Daily Financial Operations

  • Record daily sales, cash collections, credit sales, and POS transactions.
  • Reconcile cash, card, and online payments with system reports.
  • Maintain petty cash and prepare daily cash flow summaries.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Track tire and spare parts inventory levels.
  • Record purchase invoices and update stock costs.
  • Monitor stock variances, returns, and damaged items.
  • Coordinate with storekeeper for monthly stock counts.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Prepare supplier payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
  • Follow up on customer outstanding balances.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

4. Bookkeeping & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and monthly closing reports.
  • Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly profit & loss statements.
  • Analyze sales trends, margins, and expenses.
  • Provide management with financial insights for decision-making.

6. Compliance & Audit Support

  • Ensure VAT compliance (input/output tax).
  • Prepare VAT returns and maintain supporting documents.
  • Assist auditors with required financial data.

Skills & Qualifications Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
