Job Summary
Agha Windows Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the company’s accounting records and financial transactions
• Record daily financial activities, including invoices, payments, and expenses
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Monitor company cash flow and financial performance
• Prepare and submit VAT reports in compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Maintain and update accounting systems and ledgers
• Assist management with budgeting and financial planning
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records
• Coordinate with external auditors when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar systems
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
