Accountant

About the Role

we are seeking detail-oriented and highly compliant accounting professionals to join our Finance team. While these roles are designed to expand our core accounting operations, we are open to reviewing profiles ranging from Junior Accountants to General and Senior Accountants. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) and possess deep expertise in managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring strict adherence to financial standards and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Accounting Cycle Management: Oversee and execute all phases of the accounting cycle, from journal entries to month-end and year-end closings.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely statutory financial reports and statements in accordance with established accounting standards.
• Audit Preparation: Maintain meticulous, audit-ready books year-round and assist or lead in facilitating internal and external audits.
• Tax & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements, preparing and filing necessary tax documentation accurately.
• Financial Integrity: Monitor financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and identify any discrepancies to maintain the highest level of financial accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) is preferred.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Core Competencies:
• ​Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and compliance.
• Proven ability to produce statutory financial reports and manage tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strict focus on delivering audit-ready financials.
