Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and reconcile full set of accounts for UAE & India companies.
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Track and manage inventory/stock records and update management as required.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper cash controls.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and recorded properly.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Process monthly invoices and payments.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation filing.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and track employee leave records.
- Maintain and file monthly bank statements.
- Manage office maintenance, servicing, and supply coordination.
- Provide administrative support to management when required.
- Propose and implement financial policies and procedures when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Experience handling multi-company accounts is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and time management skills.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month (based on experience)
- Employment visa provided by the company
