Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain, and reconcile full set of accounts for UAE & India companies.
  • Prepare monthly P&L statements, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Track and manage inventory/stock records and update management as required.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain proper cash controls.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and recorded properly.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
  • Process monthly invoices and payments.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation filing.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing and track employee leave records.
  • Maintain and file monthly bank statements.
  • Manage office maintenance, servicing, and supply coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to management when required.
  • Propose and implement financial policies and procedures when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Experience handling multi-company accounts is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and time management skills.
  • Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

  • AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month (based on experience)
  • Employment visa provided by the company
  • Medical insurance and annual leave as per UAE Labour Law
