Accountant

Position: Accountant – Real Estate

Minimum 2–3 years of UAE accounting experience in the real estate industry is required. Experience in other industries will not be considered.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our real estate firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting procedures, financial reporting, and experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE accounting experience (Real Estate industry preferred).
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• UAE experience is compulsory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
