Job Overview:
Thrive Services is looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in payroll management, and the ability to manage financial operations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounting records and financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process employee payroll, salary calculations, and payroll records
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow
• Prepare and record invoices, receipts, and payment entries
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and expense tracking
• Assist in VAT preparation and filing as per UAE regulations
• Monitor company expenses and budget control
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Experience with payroll management and financial reporting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage
