Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Manama, Bahrain. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, preparing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with quote preparations and invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Collaboration with the finance team and other departments for efficient processes is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, accounts payable, and receivable processes
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budget preparation, and management
• Experience in compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
• Proficient in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on-site in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an added advantage
• Prior experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus
