Junior Sales Agent

Ravisn LTD is hiring a Junior Sales Agent to support the growth of our international logistics and freight forwarding business. This role focuses on lead generation, client communication, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and research potential clients, including importers, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and SMEs
• Build lead lists using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and online business directories
• Reach out to prospects via cold calls, follow-ups, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn messages

Lead Qualification & Meeting Scheduling

• Ask basic questions to understand client shipment needs (route, volume, timeline, budget)
• Schedule meetings or calls for the Sales Manager or Management Team
• Collect essential shipment details such as origin, destination, product type, and weight/volume

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain and update lead records in Google Sheets or CRM systems
• Track lead status (New, Contacted, Interested, Meeting Booked, Closed/Lost)
• Share weekly activity and performance reports

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with operations and quotation teams
• Follow up with interested leads until a final outcome is achieved

Experience & Requirements

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply (strong English communication is required)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, B2B, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus
• Good spoken and written English skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel

Required Skills

• Confident communication in English
• Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp communication
• Basic sales knowledge and objection-handling skills
• Organized, disciplined, and able to follow scripts and SOPs

Job Details

• Location: Lahore (Onsite)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
