The role of an Accountant with Accounting, procurement duties, ensuring efficient financial management and effective purchasing processes within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Duties:-
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial objectives.
  • Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Procurement Duties:
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiations.
  • Handle purchase orders and inventory control.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier prices and quality.
  • Optimize procurement processes for cost efficiency.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and records.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant, with at least 2 years in a purchasing role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and procurement processes is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
