Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be strong in accounts receivable, invoice preparation, collections, and customer follow-up for payments. She must be confident in speaking with customers on a daily basis, following up on overdue invoices, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
• Follow up with customers daily through calls, emails, and messages for payment collection
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and highlight overdue accounts
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding billing and payment matters
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare statements of account and share them with customers when required
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure smooth payment recovery
• Update management on collection status and overdue payments
• Support general accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting, with strong focus on collections and receivables
• Good experience in preparing invoices and following up for payments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in calling customers daily and handling payment discussions professionally
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Preference for candidates with experience in logistics, courier, or trading companies

• Female candidate preferred
• Must be presentable, confident, and professional in communication
• Should be disciplined, proactive, and result-oriented
