The Accountant is responsible for the management and reporting of financial data for the organization. Their main duties include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing the company’s accounts and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures. The Accountant's job is to check over financial statements, monitor company budgets, calculate employee paychecks for each pay period and review and prepare tax obligations. They prepare accounting and financial reports and ensures accurate accounting systems and record keeping. The Accountant reports directly to the Senior Accounting Manager. The Accountant assists in the Accounts Payable process as well as the Accounts Receivable efforts.
