Accountant

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping within our courier and logistics business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial data, monitoring company performance, and supporting informed decision-making through accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using Excel and other relevant tools
• Track and manage company expenses with accuracy and accountability
• Handle payroll processing, including salaries and employee payments
• Monitor revenue, profit, and loss on a regular basis
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
• Manage vendor and supplier payments, ensuring timely coordination
• Prepare financial reports for management review
• Ensure proper balance between income and expenditures
• Identify financial discrepancies and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA background preferred)
• Proven experience in a similar role is required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Good IT and systems knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Age: 35 years or above
• Male candidate preferred
• Professional, responsible, and trustworthy demeanor

Salary

PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
