Accountant

• Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Reconciliation & Ledger Maintenance: Reconciling bank accounts and managing general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
• Compliance & Tax: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing tax returns, and conducting internal audits.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in budget preparation, tracking expenses, and forecasting financial trends.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for cost reduction and improving financial systems through automation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is often required or preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high ethical standards, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills
