Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. •Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and financial records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting. Stay updated on local labor laws and accounting regulations relevant to financial operations in Qatar.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Professional certification (CA-Inter., etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, of which at least 2 years in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and expert in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data.
