Job Description:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of branch bank accounts, cash registers, and inventory levels against the central ERP system.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of the branch, including petty cash management, daybook maintenance, and voucher verification.
- Monitor and control branch revenue collection, ensure secure and timely bank deposits, and manage localized operational expenses.
- Ensure all branch financial transactions comply with internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist central audit teams during periodic reviews.
Requirement:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or progress toward a professional qualification like ACCA, CA, or CMA).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with modern accounting software or ERP systems.
- 3+ years of experience in Senior Accounts position.
Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
