As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant & Data Entry Executive to join our finance team.

Position Overview

The Accountant & Data Entry Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, and ensuring timely and error-free data entry across financial and operational systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting knowledge with exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Perform data entry for invoices, purchase orders, sales records, inventory transactions, and other business documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies for correction.
• Assist in VAT compliance, tax documentation, and audit preparation.
• Generate periodic financial and operational reports for management review.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or packaging industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, VAT regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience is mandatory.
• Arabic nationality preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
