Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet schedules. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audit processes. Prepare financial analyses and management reports. Review and improve accounting procedures and internal controls. Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Education and Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Graduates from University of Sri Jayewardenepura will be considered an advantage. Candidates holding equivalent degrees from other recognized and accredited universities are also encouraged to apply. Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CMA (freshers and candidates currently pursuing their studies can apply)
Experience Requirement
Minimum 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience. Prior experience in GCC country will be an advantage.Candidates with experience in any of the following firms will be highly preferred:
Deloitte
PwC
KPMG
EY
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
