Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and full accounting work in Quickbooks and Excel(AP/AR, bank reconciliation, General ledger, Petty Cash, Sales etc. with proper accounting documentation)
- Prepare payable and Cheque vouchers
- Prepare financial reports and project cost reports
- Manage Cash flow and Assist in budgeting
- Handle and process WPS payroll, VAT/tax filing, and compliance with local regulations
- Handle and monitor Petty Cash
- Manage filing systems (manual and electronic) for contracts, invoices, and project documents
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and suppliers
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a contracting/construction company
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Knowledge of VAT and local financial regulations
- Strong Accounting and MS Office skills (Excel, Word,)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including drafting letters
Salary & Benefits: AED 5,000
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
