Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update site financial records and accounts.
• Manage petty cash, site expenses, and daily cash transactions.
• Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor budget utilization and report variances.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding financial and accounting matters.
• Maintain records of material purchases, vendor payments, and site-related expenditures.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently at project sites.
