Accountant Predawn Accounting

We're hiring an accountant to join the team at Predawn Accounting. We handle bookkeeping and accounting for US-based businesses, so you'd be working day-to-day in QuickBooks, keeping the books clean and helping our clients stay on top of their numbers.

What You'll Do

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in QuickBooks Online

Record and categorize transactions, and keep the chart of accounts tidy

Run monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Close out the books each month and flag anything that looks off

Prepare financial statements and reports clients can actually rely on

Communicate with clients on routine queries and keep their records up to date

What We're Looking For

Someone who is detail-oriented who takes ownership of their work

Comfortable with US accounting workflows, or keen to pick them up fast

Solid grip on accounting fundamentals and a good eye for accuracy

Hands-on with QuickBooks (a plus, but we'll train the right person)
