Accountant

URGENT HIRING – Accountant (5+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial reporting, with proven experience in construction and/or consulting firms. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary payments
• Maintain payroll records, employee deductions, benefits, and leave balances
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, payroll requirements, tax obligations, and financial policies
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, payroll processing, reporting, and financial analysis
• Assist with audits, financial reviews, and regulatory reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Experience processing payroll and maintaining payroll records
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Experience working in construction and/or consulting companies is required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
