Accountant

Job Post Summary

A full-time accounting position focused on ERP-based voucher entry, financial reporting, and monthly reconciliations. The role demands daily and monthly deadline-driven tasks, including sales tax documentation, receivables/payables aging, ledger closures, and stock audits.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP entries: CRV, BRV, CPV, BPV
• Sales invoice and GRN verification
• Monthly preparation of:
• Sales team commissions
• Staff loan and cash short reports
• Claims and tax data
• Receivables & payables aging
• Expense and payroll reconciliation
• Employee net balances
• Sales tax invoicing & data compilation
• Stock audits and tray reconciliations
• WHT challan collection
• Any additional tasks from senior management

Education & Experience

• Education: B.Com / MBA Finance / MS (Finance-related)
• Experience: Fresh graduates or 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
