Accountant

Accountant Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Job Description:

• Create and issue tax invoices in accordance with applicable regulations
• Review and verify branch sales on a daily basis
• Reconcile sales across multiple payment modes including cash, card, Talabat, online, and mobile app transactions
• Identify, analyze, and resolve sales discrepancies; prepare reports and update corrections in the system
• Perform advance reconciliation and monitoring
• Record and reconcile bank charges accurately
• Prepare and maintain Output VAT reports
• Follow up on credit customers and perform customer account reconciliation
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Handle receipts and payments for the Qatar branch

Skills & Requirements (Optional):

• Knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Available in UAE
• Can join immediately

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
