Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting entries and financial records
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment tracking
  • Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
  • Support management with reports and data as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in Accounting and Administration
  • Must have own visa
  • Ability to speak Tagalog
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
