Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, expenses, and payment entries.
- Maintain and update day book, cash book, ledger posting, and journal entries.
- Handle Tally ERP 9/Prime for all accounting tasks.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage online billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Handle eCommerce accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) including reconciliation and settlements.
- Process cash vouchers, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing & audits.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
- 2–5 years of proven accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation rules.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & online billing systems.
- Knowledge of eCommerce transactions and reconciliations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or furniture industry.
- Knowledge of import-export documentation (optional).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
