Excellence Audit & Accounting is a trusted audit firm committed to delivering high-quality audit, accounting, and advisory services to clients across various industries. We are seeking a dedicated Accountant – Administration to join our team and contribute to our mission of financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute audit assignments in compliance with professional standards.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements and audit reports.
  • Handle accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve audit and accounting queries efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BCC Accounting & Finance preferred).
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, and administration (preferably with an audit firm).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
