Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute audit assignments in compliance with professional standards.
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements and audit reports.
- Handle accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve audit and accounting queries efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BCC Accounting & Finance preferred).
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, and administration (preferably with an audit firm).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
