accountant and Assistant accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a background in fast food restaurants or manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Professional certification is a plus (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, CIA, or CIMA)
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in fast food or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
• Proficient in Excel and workbook management (financial models, spreadsheets, reconciliations)
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD350.000 - BD500.000 per month
