Scope of work will included :
- Book keeping in Quickbooks, filing and organising
- Liase with vendors and suppliers, handle emails & calls, bank related tasks.
- Partly handle HR related tasks
- Submit invoices, Follow up for payments, collect & deposit payments
- Paper work related to tenders, contract and projects, any other admin tasks as required by management.
Job requires admin experience, will require candidate to have own vehicle and driving license.
Work can be done as part time, time flexibility can be discussed
Salary will be discussed based on agreed daily hours, part timers can work 90% remote
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: BD200.000 - BD250.000 per month
