Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Excel and a strong background in auditing, multi-currency transactions, as well as experience in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing. This role is crucial for supporting our growth as a fintech leader by ensuring that financial data is accurately recorded and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and management of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform audits, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accuracy in reporting.
• Manage multi-currency transactions, ensuring proper accounting treatment of foreign exchange and global operations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement pricing models for products and services, evaluating cost structures and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and ensure efficiency in financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis, explaining differences between forecasted and actual results, and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings.
• Maintain accounting records for multiple entities within the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Auditing, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.
• Expertise in advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
• Solid experience in auditing and accounting for multi-currency transactions.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience in pricing strategies and cost analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and external auditors.
• Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus
