Job Purpose
The Financial Accounting & Control Manager serves as the backbone of the finance department. You will lead a team of 10 to ensure the absolute integrity of the company’s financial data, drive the annual budgeting process, and provide the CFO with the analytical insights necessary to steer the business toward its financial goals.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Financial Governance & Reporting
- Accuracy & Integrity: Oversee the preparation of periodic financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in strict accordance with Saudi and International Accounting Standards.
- Executive Insights: Translate complex data into "board-ready" reports for the CFO, highlighting essential financial trends and risks.
- External Audit Management: Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, ensuring a seamless audit process and high levels of auditor satisfaction.
2. Planning, Budgeting & Analysis
- Budget Ownership: Design, review, and approve the company’s budget templates and targets.
- Variance Analysis: Partner with Department Heads to investigate significant budget-to-actual gaps, providing actionable recommendations to control costs.
- Operational Coordination: Facilitate a collaborative budget preparation environment across all plant departments.
3. Operational Control & Treasury
- Internal Controls: Supervise daily accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accruals, deferrals, and invoice processing.
- Process Optimization: Leverage SAP FI/CO to streamline financial processes and improve reporting speed.
4. Leadership & People Development
- Team Management: Lead a team of 10 (2 direct reports) focusing on motivation, performance management, and individual professional growth.
- Training: Identify skill gaps and ensure the team remains updated on the latest financial tools and regulations.
Performance Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Reporting Speed: Timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages.
- Compliance: Zero major findings in external audits; 100% accuracy in financial statements.
- Efficiency: Average turnaround time for invoice processing and bank reconciliations.
- Development: Percentage of team members completing annual training/certification goals.
The Ideal Profile
Education & Certifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Engineering.
- Preferred: Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or CIMA) or an MBA.
Experience:
- Supervisory: 5+ years in a managerial finance role.
- Industry: Proven track record in the Manufacturing sector within the Middle East.
- Technical: Advanced proficiency in SAP FI/CO is a mandatory requirement.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi tax laws and business practices.

Pay: Rs1,000,000.00 - Rs1,400,000.00 per month
